We are not a bank! There are no outside investors in our credit union. Nor are we listed on Wall Street. We are democratically controlled so the owners and decision makers are its’ members and depositors.

The Erie Police Credit Union was formed in 1953 to serve the employees and families of the Erie Police department. Over the years we have expanded and now service approximately 600 members.

A volunteer Board of Directors, all of who are active or retired members of Erie Police Department oversee the credit union and understand the financial needs of police officers and their families.
